1. Manufacturing Talent Program (MTP)

Location : Medan (Full-time)

Our company is offering young talents opportunities to join our Manufacturing Talent Program (MTP), a development program designed to help future professionals develop their skills in the manufacturing industry. Participants will be able to get hands-on experience and involvement in our production processes, quality assurance, planning and operational coordination within the factory environment.

 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Lookup, Pivot and basic data processing).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, fast learner, communicative, and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work in a factory environment and on a shift system if required.

2. Technician

Location : Medan

PT Union Confectionery is seeking disciplined, responsible, and technically skilled candidates to join us as a Candy Factory Technician to support the smooth operation of our production machines.

 

Duties include:

  • Perform maintenance and repair of candy production machines.
  • Ensure safe and optimal machine operation.
  • Handle troubleshooting during production disruptions.
  • Conduct routine checks and record machine conditions.
  • Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams.

 

Qualifications :

  • SMK/Diploma (D3)/Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related major.
  • Understanding of the mechanical and/or electrical fundamentals of industrial machines.
  • Willingness to work shifts- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a team.
  • Experience as a factory/manufacturing technician is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
